A jovial and thankful  Senator Mar Roxas, vice presidential candidate of the Liberal party, greeted Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy Monday night as he met with the latter at the KJC Central  headquarters in the New Jerusalem, Davao City, Philippines.  It was only last Sunday, during the Kingdom’s well-attended openfield concert crusade,  when the Appointed Son of God, Pastor Apollo declared Senator Roxas as the next vice president of the Philippines, along with Lakas Kampi CMD standard bearer, Gilbert Teodoro, who was pronounced to succeed the presidency from the country’s present top leader,  President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

Senator Roxas referred to this as “a trust ,  an inspiration and a sacred obligation.”

Just as the Almighty Father revealed Gilbert Teodoro’s  destiny to him, Pastor Apollo likewise received a revelation showing that Senator Roxas is the Almighty Father’s choice to team up with with Teodoro in leading the nation in the next six years.

After Pastor Apollo's Sunday declarations and Senator Roxas' 'thank you visit'to the Apoointed Son, members of the media continue to follow Pastor Apollo, whose pronouncements were most awaited by millions of Filipinos who have been seeking for the Son's guidance in choosing the right leaders for the nation.
According to the Appointed Son of God, his declaration was spiritually-based.  As early as last year, he already received revelations from the Almighty Father that Senator Roxas would win the vice presidential race.  This was once again repeated March 2010.

Pastor Apollo and Senator Roxas have known each other for eleven years.  However, their longtime friendship was not the foundation upon which Pastor Apollo declared his support for the latter since the Appointed Son bases every decision that he makes according on the perfect will of the Almighty Father.
Senator Roxas said he was not expecting that he would be Pastor Apollo’s vice presidential choice.  He believed that the Appointed Son’s declaration was not ‘earthly’ based but one which comes directly from the Almighty Father.
Unlike former defense secretary Teodoro who was present during the proclamation, Senator Roxas cited his attending a campaign rally as the reason for his absence in the Sunday event, which was graced by around fifty thousand people from all over Mindanao and viewed by millions of Filipinos nationwide and abroad.
